Avionics Technician

Palm Beach Avionics is seeking an Avionics Technician that installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs complex aircraft avionics and electrical systems, such as EFIS, intercommunications, Navigation, Autopilot systems etc.

Must have a minimum of five years of previous related avionics experience and be able to troubleshoot and repair avionics systems to LRU level at a minimum.

Preferred experience with Garmin, S-TEC, Aspen, Bendix/King on Cessna, Piper, and Beech Aircraft and have experience performing FAR 91.411 & FAR 91.413 inspections.

Avionics Apprentice Technician

The Avionics Apprentice Technician must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and will shadow an Avionics Technician that installs, inspects, services, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and overhauls avionics components while maintaining a safe work environment and following all company and federal rules/ regulations.

Must be able to perform work assignments as determined by the Shop Lead and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved technical and regulatory data. Assist Avionics Technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications of avionics systems and/or components.
